Electrician – Commercial Installations, Testing & Remedials Portsmouth Area Full-Time / Self-Employed Considered Competitive Rates Depending on Experience We are looking for a reliable and experienced electrician to join our growing team delivering commercial electrical projects across Portsmouth and the surrounding areas. The Role You will be involved in: * Commercial electrical installations * Electrical testing and inspection * Carrying out EICRs (Electrical Installation Condition Reports) * Completing remedial works following inspections * Fault finding and diagnostics * Installation of containment, power, lighting and distribution systems * Working within healthcare, education, office, industrial and public sector environments * Ensuring all work is completed to current BS 7671 regulations and company standards Requirements * NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation * 18th Edition Wiring Regulations * Testing & Inspection qualification (2391 or equivalent preferred) * Experience carrying out commercial installations and EICRs * Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Professional approach with good communication skills * Full UK driving licence preferred What We Offer * Consistent ongoing commercial work * Up to £250 per day depending on experience * Opportunities to work on healthcare, education, office and industrial projects * Long-term progression opportunities * Friendly and professional working environment If you're an experienced electrician with a background in commercial installations, testing and remedial works, we'd like to hear from you
