Associate Director – Building Surveyor (MRICS) Location: East Midlands or West Midlands Salary: Up to £85,000 + Benefits + Equity Pathway The Opportunity We are partnering with a fast-growing SME consultancy that is building a strong reputation across the UK for delivering high-quality advisory services on complex construction projects. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an Associate Director (MRICS) to play a key leadership role in delivering and expanding their portfolio. The Role You will lead on a range of large-scale schemes (up to £750k project fees) across key sectors including: Healthcare Education Defence You will be responsible for both project delivery and client relationship management, ensuring excellence across all stages of the project lifecycle.
