Primary Learning Support Assistant

We are recruiting dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) for a range of opportunities across primary and SEN schools in Havering, Essex. Whether you have previous experience supporting children with additional needs or are looking to begin a career in education, we have flexible roles available to suit your skills and availability. The Role * Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups * Assisting children with SEN including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and speech & language needs * Working closely with class teachers and SENCOs * Promoting positive behaviour and pupil engagement * Helping to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment What We Offer * Daily rates from £93–£115 per day, depending on experience and role * Flexible daily supply, long-term, and permanent opportunities * Positions across primary mainstream and specialist SEN schools * Ongoing training and professional development * Supportive school environments across Havering We welcome applications from experienced LSAs, Teaching Assistants, support workers, graduates, and individuals passionate about supporting children with additional needs
