Senior Site Manager Staffordshire (Project Based) Industrial & Commercial Projects £70,000 - £80,000 + Package An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Site Manager to join a well-established Tier 2 contractor based in Birmingham, delivering high-quality Industrial and Commercial projects across the Midlands region. With a strong reputation within the market and a healthy pipeline of secured work, our client is seeking an experienced construction professional who can take ownership of projects and play a key role in successful delivery from site set-up through to completion. This position will be project-based in Staffordshire and offers the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging and rewarding schemes within the Industrial and Commercial sectors, while joining a business that continues to grow and invest in its people. The Role As Senior Site Manager, you will take responsibility for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards while maintaining programme and budget objectives. Key responsibilities will include: * Managing site activities from mobilisation through to project completion * Leading and coordinating subcontractors and site teams * Ensuring projects are delivered in line with programme requirements and key milestones * Maintaining high standards of health, safety and quality on site * Chairing site meetings and liaising with clients, consultants and internal teams * Monitoring progress and resolving site-related issues efficiently * Managing site logistics and sequencing of works * Supporting project reporting and ensuring project documentation is maintained About You We are keen to speak with individuals who: * Have proven experience operating within a Senior Site Manager role on Industrial and/or Commercial projects * Possess strong leadership and people management skills * Have a solid understanding of construction methodologies and project delivery * Can confidently manage subcontractors and multiple work packages * Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational abilities * Hold relevant site qualifications including SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid What's on Offer * Salary between £70,000 - £80,000 depending on experience * Competitive package and benefits * Opportunity to work on exciting Industrial and Commercial developments * Long-term career progression within a growing contractor * Stable project pipeline and supportive working environment * Autonomy and responsibility within a key site leadership role If you are an experienced Senior Site Manager looking for your next opportunity within a reputable and forward-thinking contractor, we would be keen to discuss this position further in confidence.
