HR Administrator Permanent Competitive Salary on Offer Monday to Thursday, 07:00/08:00 – 16:00/17:00 & Friday, 07:00/08:00 – 13:00/14:00 (40 hours per week)  Sutton Coldfield HR Administrator Job Description Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR function across the full employee lifecycle Coordinate recruitment activity including advertising roles, arranging interviews and tracking candidates Prepare offer letters, contracts of employment and any contractual amendments Support onboarding processes including organising inductions and new starter documentation Maintain HR systems ensuring employee data is accurate, compliant and regularly updated Act as first point of contact for HR queries via the shared inbox and internal requests Manage employee files, scanning and filing documentation in line with data protection requirements Update internal platforms including intranet content, job descriptions and communication boards Process employment references and respond to external requests in a timely manner HR Administrator Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications Previous administration experience, ideally within HR Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload Good IT skills including MS Office and Excel CIPD Level 3 (desirable) Experience supporting recruitment and onboarding activities preferred  HR Administrator Company Benefits 33 days’ holiday (including Bank Holidays) Life Assurance: 3x Salary Free car parking On-site restaurant  If you feel you’re a good fit for this position, please click ‘apply’ or email your CV to (url removed)
