Multi Skilled Electrical Engineer

An established and growing Building Services company is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Mobile Electrical Engineer to join its specialist M&E maintenance team operating across London, Greater London, and the South of England. Established in 2003, the business provides technical Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) building services support to the commercial property maintenance sector, working with a wide range of commercial and government clients. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer seeking a varied role within a professional, close-knit team environment. The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of electrical maintenance, installation, inspection, and fault-finding duties across commercial properties. Key Responsibilities * Emergency lighting testing * Power circuit installations * Controls and BMS works * Electrical fault finding * Planned maintenance inspections * Service and installation works * Supporting wider building services maintenance activities Skills & Experience Required * Minimum Level 3 qualified Electrician * Minimum 5 years’ industry experience * Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills * Experience working within commercial building services environments * Good knowledge of electrical and mechanical building systems * Controls/BMS experience advantageous * Ability to work independently and as part of a small mobile engineering team * Self-motivated with the ability to use initiative * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * Flexible approach to work and duties * Keen to further develop technical skills Package & Benefits * 40 hours per week * Overtime available (not guaranteed) * 28 days holiday including bank holidays * Company van and fuel card * Company phone * Workwear provided * Pension scheme * Private medical cover * Ongoing training and development opportunities
