Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor

I'm currently working on behalf of a respected residential developer who is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor on a freelance basis for an initial 3-month contract, with the potential for extension. The role will involve supporting a number of new build residential developments across Surrey and West Sussex, splitting time between the client's office in the Redhill area and active project sites. Key requirements: * Proven experience operating as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within the residential sector * Strong track record delivering new build residential schemes * Previous experience working for a residential developer * Ability to manage commercial aspects of projects from procurement through to final account * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Contract Details: * Initial 3-month contract with potential to extend * Mix of office and site-based working * Projects located across Surrey and West Sussex * Excellent day rates available * Outside IR35 This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-regarded developer with a strong pipeline of work and make an immediate impact on live residential projects.
