Partner Marketing Program Specialist


Location: Fully Remote | Contract: 9 month FTC potentially extended | Days: 4 days per week About the Partner Marketing Programs Specialist Role Join a rapidly scaling global partner marketing organisation as their operational backbone. You'll be the tactical engine driving campaign execution, budget optimisation, and partner enablement across multiple regions. This is a role where strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving will set you apart. What You'll Be Doing in the Partner Marketing Programs Specialist Role Manage the complete budget lifecycle: PO creation, vendor onboarding, accrual tracking, and spend optimisation Identify budget opportunities early and reallocate funds towards highest-impact activities with regional and global teams Create dashboards and reporting that move beyond basic spend tracking to actual ROI insights and performance trends Standardise and document partner marketing workflows across global regions to ensure consistency in execution and brand compliance Be the first responder for operational queries, providing training and support to help teams execute partner programs independently Support the onboarding of new marketing suppliers and the rollout of new tools to the partner ecosystem Partner closely with Finance to translate accounting requirements into clear, actionable steps for marketing teams Why Join This Company as their Partner Marketing Programs Specialist Hyper-growth environment: Company is scaling rapidly and doing great guns across multiple markets Real impact: Your work directly enables senior stakeholders and regional teams to operate more effectively Clear pathway: Proven expectation to extend the contract for right fit, plus a genuine potential for full-time conversion as the organisation grows Supportive culture: You'll receive comprehensive training and work with a collaborative, global team who value operational rigour Flexibility: Work 4 days per week from anywhere, with flexibility built into how the business operates What We're Looking For Strong mathematical and analytical mindset – you get genuinely excited about spreadsheets and trend analysis 2–4 years working in Marketing Operations, Partner Marketing, or Business Analysis (or a related field with a strong analytical lean) Proficiency with financial management tools like Allocadia or Netsuite; and collaborative platforms like Slack or similar Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to manage competing priorities and partner well across global teams without ego Fluent in English (bilingual is a nice-to-have but not essential) The Package Salary: circa £37,000 FTE (prorated for 4-day week) Contract: Fixed-term, 9 months Expectation: Right fit candidates can expect the contract to extend and potentially convert to permanent full-time Working pattern: 4 days per week, fully remote Benefits: Pension, standard benefits package (to be confirmed) Armstrong Lloyd is a marketing specialist recruitment services provider.
