This is a varied consultancy role combining: Building services engineering Client advisory Project management Site inspections Maintenance strategy Design & specification work The position offers a balance of office, hybrid, and site-based work with opportunities to influence projects from concept through to handover. Key Responsibilities ✅ Mechanical & electrical maintenance support ✅ Condition surveys and technical audits ✅ Design, specification & project delivery ✅ FM maintenance contract tendering ✅ Plantroom inspections and compliance reviews ✅ Contractor and specialist coordination ✅ Budgeting advice and troubleshooting support ✅ Client relationship management ✅ Supporting junior engineers and team development Ideal Candidate ✔ 10+ years’ experience in Building Services Engineering ✔ Strong mechanical design background ✔ Experience within FM / operational engineering environments ✔ Excellent technical problem-solving ability ✔ Confident client-facing communication skills ✔ Ability to manage priorities and deadlines ✔ Proficient with Microsoft Office tools Desirable: HNC/HND in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering Experience managing hard FM maintenance contracts What’s on Offer ⭐ Hybrid working environment ⭐ Private Healthcare  ⭐ 25 Days holiday  ⭐ Excellent performance related bonus scheme
