Quantity Surveyor London Bridge, London (Hybrid Working) £50,000 - £70,000 + Package An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join a growing and well-established construction and fit-out specialist delivering high-quality commercial projects across London. Based out of modern offices in London Bridge, this hybrid role will see the successful candidate working on a range of commercial fit-out schemes valued up to £3m. The Role Reporting into the Commercial Director, responsibilities will include: Managing the commercial aspects of multiple fit-out projects simultaneously Preparing cost plans, valuations, and financial reports Procurement and management of subcontractor packages Administering variations and change control procedures Monitoring project costs, budgets, and cash flow Assisting with contract administration and final accounts Supporting operational teams to ensure commercial success across projects Requirements Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline Previous experience within commercial fit-out or refurbishment projects Strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial processes Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects concurrently Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and commercial reporting tools What's on Offer Salary between £50,000 and £70,000 depending on experience Hybrid working arrangement Modern London Bridge office location Opportunity to work on high-quality commercial fit-out projects across London Clear progression opportunities within a growing business Supportive and collaborative team environmentThis is an ideal opportunity for a commercially driven Quantity Surveyor seeking exposure to exciting London projects within a dynamic and forward-thinking business
