Site Manager (Housing)

Synergy Personnel LTD is currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager / Site Agent for an exciting luxury residential development project near Salisbury. This is a fantastic opportunity to oversee the construction of 9 high-end residential properties, taking the project from start to finish with the support of a visiting Contracts Manager and back-office team. The Role You will be responsible for: * Managing day-to-day site operations * Planning and coordinating works to ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget * Managing subcontractors and site teams * Maintaining high standards of health & safety on site * Ensuring quality control throughout all phases of construction * Liaising with clients, suppliers, and senior management * Providing strong leadership and communication across the project Requirements * CSCS Black Card * SMSTS * First Aid at Work * Proven experience managing residential construction projects * Strong leadership and organisational skills * Excellent communication skills * Strong understanding of Health & Safety procedures * Ability to take a project from inception through to completion What’s On Offer * Opportunity to work on a prestigious luxury residential development * Support from an experienced Contracts Manager and office support team * Open to both Contract and Permanent applicants * Competitive rates / salary depending on experience Location Project located near Salisbury.
