Team Leader – Packing Warehouse 📍 Leicester | Food Manufacturing Our client, a leading dairy manufacturer in Leicester, is seeking a hands-on Team Leader to support the day-to-day running of their Packing & Warehouse operation. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse, packing, or food production professional looking to step into a leadership role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities * Lead and support a team of packing and warehouse operatives. * Allocate daily tasks and monitor workflow. * Ensure products are packed, labelled, and dispatched accurately. * Maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality standards. * Support stock control, palletising, and warehouse organisation. * Promote health & safety and safe working practices. * Assist with training and development of team members. Requirements * Experience in warehouse, packing, food production, or manufacturing environments. * Previous Team Leader, Supervisor, or Senior Operative experience preferred. * Good understanding of food safety and health & safety procedures. * Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills. * Food Safety Level 2 and FLT licence desirable but not essential.
