IT Hardware Asset Management Analyst

Job Title: IT Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Analyst Location: London Rate: £200 per day (Inside IR35) OR 40,000 GBP/Annum Inside IR 35 Duration: 1-year contract Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Analyst to join a large-scale enterprise environment. You will take ownership of the full hardware lifecycle-from procurement and deployment to refresh and e-waste-for assets including PCs, iPhones, and iPads. The primary focus of this role is maintaining a highly accurate ServiceNow CMDB and ensuring data integrity across various platforms. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end Hardware Asset Management (HAM) processes. Reconcile asset data between the ServiceNow CMDB and Flexera. Track hardware procurement, including purchase data, warranties, and contract terms. Investigate discrepancies in asset data and support audit readiness.Requirements Technical Skills: Strong hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB is essential. Data Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs are a mandatory requirement). Lifecycle Knowledge: A deep understanding of the full PC and mobile device lifecycle. Mindset: You should be process-driven, audit-conscious, and comfortable working independently.
