Business Analyst (x2) - Identity & Access Management (IGA) Overview We are seeking two experienced Business Analysts to support a global Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) transformation, implementing One Identity Identity Manager. You will play a key role in defining and standardising Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes across multiple regions and business units, working closely with HR, Technology, Security teams, and a System Integrator. Roles & Responsibilities Lead discovery and documentation of global JML processes Map current and future state identity lifecycle processes Gather and define business and technical requirements Capture integration requirements (HR systems, SIEM, PAM, ITSM, AD/Entra) Support application onboarding, role modelling, and access policies Document data flows, attribute mappings, and provisioning rules Work with global stakeholders to align regional and business requirements Support UAT planning and execution Produce key documentation (BRDs, user stories, process maps) Skills & Experience Strong experience as a BA on IGA programmes (One Identity, SailPoint, Saviynt) Knowledge of identity lifecycle, JML, and access governance Experience working in large, complex global environments Strong requirements gathering and process mapping skills Experience with HR systems and identity integrations Understanding of identity data models and provisioning workflows Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Analytical mindset with ability to identify risks and dependencies Details Contract: 3–6 months initially Start: ASAP Location: London (3 days onsite) IR35: Inside Rate: £(Apply online only) P/D Programme: Wider identity transformation (CyberArk, Identity Governance, security uplift)
