Weekend Shift Engineer

Job Title: Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer. Job Description: As a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring equipment reliability and minimising downtime across the site. Key responsibilities include: * Responding quickly to breakdowns and resolving faults efficiently * Following and improving preventative maintenance schedules * Completing planned maintenance (PPM) activities in line with annual plans * Recording and completing follow-up maintenance work * Supporting root cause analysis and implementing long-term solutions * Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives * Assisting with engineering projects when required * Improving line efficiency, quality, and reducing waste through effective maintenance Skills & Experience: To succeed as a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer, you should have: * Time Served Apprenticeship * Multi Skilled, mechanical bias * Experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment * Strong fault-finding skills on electrical and automated systems * Welding, fabrication, turning, milling * A methodical and proactive approach to problem solving Why Should You Apply?
