6 MONTH TEMP TO PERM OPPORTUNITY - PREVIOUS RLO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED* We're Hiring: Resident Liaison Officer Location: Wirral (Bebington, Bromborough, Pensby, Heswall) Sectors: Social Housing Project Types: Retro-fit scheme Pay rate: £27-30k per year salary (dependant on salary) Duration: 6 month temp-to-perm We are hiring for a temp-to-perm Resident Liaison Officer for our client. Work will be in the Wirral within the same area. Previous experience as an RLO is preferred. The company is a retrofit decarbonisation construction company. Fuel expenses are paid and salary is dependant on experience. This is starting ASAP! Duties of the ResidentLiaison Officer include: Pre-entry visits and company inductions Collect tenancy agreement/approval forms Visiting tenants in their homes to advise them on when and what work is being carried out Act as the main point of contact and deal with any problems/queries that tenant may have Contacting neighbourhood housing associations and establishing working relations with them Visiting empty houses that are being refurbished with potential tenants and advising them on completion dates Attending and chairing tenant forum meetings to advise tenants of works being carried out Monitor customer complaints and resolve any potential issues Monitor customer satisfaction Pay rate/info: £27-30k salary once perm Paid weekly every FridayHow to apply: Please apply directly to this job ad or for more information please call Sam at Fawkes & Reece on (phone number removed)
