Mobile Mechanical Engineer – Birmingham £38,000 – £43,000 + Company Vehicle + Benefits We are currently recruiting for a skilled Mobile Mechanical Engineer to join a well-established facilities management company operating across Birmingham and the surrounding areas. The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering planned and reactive mechanical maintenance across a range of commercial buildings, ensuring all plant and equipment operates efficiently and safely. Key Duties * Mechanical PPM and reactive maintenance * Maintenance of AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, and HVAC systems * Basic plumbing and pipework repairs * Fault diagnosis and repairs * Plant room inspections * Compliance checks and documentation * Working closely with site teams and clients Requirements * Commercial building maintenance experience * Strong mechanical maintenance background * Experience with HVAC and building services plant * Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills * Full UK Driving Licence Package * £38,000 – £43,000 salary * Company vehicle * Overtime available * Pension scheme * Ongoing training and development
