Facilities Admin Clerk


We are looking for a Facilities Service Admin Clerk to join one of our companies based in Atherstone. Part time role, working Monday to Friday - either 8am till 1pm or 9am till 2pm. 25hrs per week. Also this can be a full time position if required 8am till 5pm Duties will include: Passing invoices, ordering products. Liasing with service providers - fire security, maintenance companies, shutter door and locks, aircon etc Communicating with building maintenance providers via email, phone and in person. Keeping documents and files in order Must be able to communicate with management of all levels Must be It literate with word, excel Previous experience is required for this position
