Air Conditioning Engineer

Yorkshire Region Full-Time | Permanent | £39,000 + Overtime + EV Van An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to support operations across two healthcare sites within the Yorkshire region. Although described as a mobile role, travel is limited to these two locations, providing a stable and consistent working environment with a varied workload. The Role You will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of HVAC and cooling systems within a live healthcare environment. The role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent fault-finding skills, and a professional approach when dealing with site staff and clients. Key Responsibilities * Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) * Attend reactive breakdowns and emergency repairs * Diagnose and repair AC and refrigeration faults * Service and maintain: * Comfort cooling systems * Fridges * Cold rooms * Complete minor installation works * Update CAFM/PDA systems accurately and in real time * Participate in a 1 in 8 on call rota and occasional out-of-hours work Essential Requirements * NVQ Level 2/3 or City & Guilds in Air Conditioning/Refrigeration * Valid F-Gas certification * Minimum 5 years’ experience within the AC industry * Full clean UK driving licence Package & Benefits * Salary: £39,000 * 40-hour working week * Company EV van * Fuel/charging card provided * 1-in-8 call-out rota * £100 standby payment per week while on rota * Overtime opportunities available Ready to make your mark?
