Description As a Customer Service and Social Media Coordinator you will be the first point of contact for clients supporting with a variety of enquiries. You will be taking orders and processing onto the system supporting with the order journey from start to finish ensuring the highest level of client experience is provided. The role will offer lots of variety will also be corresponding with customers over social media platforms and getting involved with content creation and attending events and seminars.
