A growing, national Construction Consultancy is looking for a client facing Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Manchester office. The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working alongside a QS Director. Primarily working on Fund Monitoring projects in the short term, moving into a broader Quantity Surveying role in the long term. Working within a small team, the Director is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor who has experience in comfortable running a project or two independently, primarily within the residential sector.
