Registered Manager – EBD Children’s Home Location: Walsall / Birmingham Salary: £60,000 starting salary + Tax-Free Loyalty Bonus Home: 3 BED (EBD) An exciting new development—a spacious 5-bed home registered for 3 children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). Our Responsible Individual is fully onboard, and we are ready to progress immediately with the right Registered Manager. About the Role This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead a warm, nurturing, and child-centred environment. You will have full autonomy to shape the culture of the home, build a strong team from the ground up, and ensure children receive the highest standards of care and support. Key Responsibilities * Lead the day-to-day management of a newly developed EBD home for up to 3 children. * Ensure the home achieves and maintains full compliance with Ofsted and all legislative standards. * Recruit, develop, and inspire a stable and high-performing staff team. * Create a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment that promotes positive outcomes and emotional stability. * Work closely with the Responsible Individual, social workers, external agencies, and families. * Drive continuous improvement and support wider growth and expansion plans.
