We are looking for a proven Business Development Manager with a strong background in modular construction and permanent offsite structure solutions. Candidates must have previously worked for a recognised market leader within the modular or offsite construction sector and have a track record of winning work and generating pipeline opportunities. The Role * Developing and winning new business opportunities * Building and managing a strong sales pipeline * Generating work through existing contacts and new client relationships * Managing client relationships across the full sales cycle * Identifying framework opportunities and securing new projects * Representing the business in a client facing capacity * Working closely with senior leadership to support company growth Key Sector Experience Required * Education * Healthcare * Local Authority * Defence Candidates must have experience working with framework agreements and public sector procurement routes.
