Monitor and analyze HR metrics (e.g., absenteeism, compliance training) to flag potential risks to HRBPs early.What We Are Looking For / Essential: Education: Post-Graduate Qualification in HR or a related discipline. Proven foundational experience in an HR Generalist or Specialist role. Advanced spreadsheet skills (Excel/Google Sheets) with a talent for translating raw data into clear, actionable business reporting. Solid grounding in core HR policies, processes, and systems.Desirable: CIPD Level 7. A consultative, proactive mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills.
