Please only apply if you meet this requirement ️ The Opportunity You will play a key leadership role within the Ontario Pre-Construction team, driving bid strategy, overseeing major pursuits and leading high-performing estimating teams across landmark infrastructure developments. Projects include: Roads & Highways Bridges & Interchanges LRT & BRT Transit Systems ✈️ Airports ️ Major Transportation Infrastructure As Chief Estimator, you will: Lead major bids and pre-construction estimating strategy Oversee large-scale infrastructure estimates and pursuit activities Drive constructability, cost planning and risk mitigation strategies Review and approve complex estimates Mentor and develop estimating teams Partner closely with operational, client and subcontractor stakeholders Influence project success from concept through tender submission What We’re Looking For ✔️ 20+ years combined field and estimating experience ✔️ Minimum 5 years in senior estimating leadership ✔️ Medium to large General Contractor experience ✔️ Proven delivery of $100M+ infrastructure projects ✔️ Strong leadership and team development capability ✔️ Transit, transportation or major civil infrastructure experience highly preferred ✔️ Design Build / IPD / Construction Management exposure advantageous ⭐ Bonus Experience Gold Seal MRICS CIQS LEAN / LEED accreditation What makes this opportunity different?
