Site Manager Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire Up to £68,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits Think Construction are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a leading 5-star house builder on a permanent basis in Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire. This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager to join a well-established Midlands house builder delivering high-quality traditional new build homes. The Company Residential developer with a strong reputation across the Midlands for delivering quality new build housing developments. The Role - Site Manager As the Site Manager, you will be the number one on site delivering a development of up to 66 traditional build homes, mainly consisting of 3-5 bedroom properties. The successful Site Manager will be responsible for: Managing the site from groundworks through to completion Managing labour, subcontractors, plant and materials Driving programme and production Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained Managing quality and NHBC standards Leading subcontractor meetings Liaising with internal teams and stakeholders Delivering the project on time and within programme Requirements To be considered for this Site Manager position, you must have: Experience working as a Site Manager for a house builder or residential developer Proven experience delivering traditional build housing developments SMSTS CSCS First Aid Strong leadership and communication skills Package Up to £68,000 salary DOE Car allowance Bonus Flexible benefits Long-term career progressionTo apply for this Site Manager opportunity, please contact Megan at Think Construction
