Commercial Gas Engineer - Leeds & Manchester We are seeking an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join our growing team, carrying out servicing, maintenance and reactive works across a range of commercial sites throughout Leeds and Manchester. Key Responsibilities Planned and reactive servicing and maintenance of commercial gas boilers and heating systems Inspection, testing and maintenance of plant rooms Maintenance and fault‑finding on hot and cold water systems Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with industry regulations Providing clear communication with clients and reporting any remedial works required Working independently or as part of a wider engineering team Requirements Commercial Gas Qualifications (COCN1/COCNP1 or equivalent) Experience working on commercial boilers, plant rooms and associated systems Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills Full UK driving licence Good communication and customer‑facing skills Ability to work across Leeds and Manchester Benefits Company van with personal use Paid travel time (30 minutes deducted each way) Ongoing training and development opportunities Supportive team environment Consistent commercial workload across the region About the Role This position is ideal for a commercial heating engineer looking for stability, autonomy and long‑term progression.
