Head of Engineering £70,000 + Bonus Monday - Friday A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Head of Engineering & Operations to join a leading manufacturing organisation based in Gloucester. This is a dynamic, high‑impact role where no two days are the same. You'll play a key part in driving operational excellence, leading engineering strategy, and supporting the continued growth of a well‑established, forward‑thinking manufacturer.
