Project Lead - Heritage Fit Out / Refurbishment Cambridge £1m Project | Grade II Listed Building Programme through to Mid-September | Start by 14th June Experienced Project Lead required for a refurbishment project within a Grade II listed university building in Cambridge. Works are being delivered within a live library environment as part of a prestigious college campus. The ideal candidate will have experience managing heritage or listed building projects, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to coordinate closely with consultants, design teams, and specialist subcontractors. Requirements Proven experience delivering commercial refurbishment or fit out projects Listed building / heritage project experience preferred Strong client-facing and coordination skills Experience working with professional teams and consultants Able to manage programme, subcontractors, and site logistics within a live environment Organised, proactive, and technically competent Project Details Cambridge location Grade II listed university building Library refurbishment works £1m project value Start required by 14th June Programme running through to mid-September Professional team already in place Please send CVs with relevant project experience
