Manufacturing Quality Engineer Portsmouth Permanent - On-site £50,000 - £60,000 Are you experienced in driving quality improvement within high-reliability aerospace or defence manufacturing environments? Looking for a role where you can take ownership of a struggling production area and make a measurable impact on quality and delivery performance? The Company We are supporting a global engineering consultancy delivering complex programmes across the aerospace, defence, space, and advanced manufacturing sectors. Working in partnership with a key customer in Portsmouth, they are focused on improving manufacturing performance within a regulated environment. Due to continued demand and ongoing improvement projects, they are now looking to appoint a Manufacturing Quality Engineer to support a critical on-site recovery programme. The Role You will be embedded within a high-reliability manufacturing environment, taking responsibility for driving Quality. The role will focus on reducing non-conformances, improving process control, and strengthening quality culture across engineering and production teams.
