Integrity Education Solutions are supporting a highly regarded and expanding specialist education provider, seeking to appoint an experienced and strategic Executive Headteacher to lead and shape its SEN provision across multiple sites in London from September 2026 on a permanent basis. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an ambitious individual who combines strong operational leadership with system-wide strategic vision and a deep commitment to improving outcomes for children and young people with complex needs. The organisation delivers high-quality, specialist education for pupils across Key Stages 1–4 and further education, supporting a wide range of needs including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH). This role offers the opportunity to influence provision at scale while maintaining direct leadership responsibility for designated school sites. You will provide strategic oversight across all SEN schools within the organisation, while also acting as the executive lead for specific sites. The postholder will ensure consistency, quality, safeguarding, and continuous improvement across the SEN portfolio, supporting school leaders to deliver outstanding provision and outcomes. This is a highly visible leadership role, requiring the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels, driving standards, shaping culture, and ensuring compliance across all settings. Key responsibilities: * Set and deliver a clear strategic vision for SEN provision across all schools, ensuring alignment with the SEND Code of Practice * Provide executive leadership for designated SEN schools, holding full accountability for safeguarding, staffing, behaviour, and outcomes * Lead school improvement planning and ensure all provisions are always inspection-ready * Oversee the quality of education, including curriculum, EHCP outcomes, progress, and engagement across all sites * Line manage and develop Headteachers and SEN Leaders, building leadership capacity and driving high performance * Hold strategic responsibility for safeguarding, ensuring compliance, best practice, and a strong culture of student wellbeing Key requirements: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) * Significant senior leadership experience within SEN settings * Experience leading a SEN school at Headteacher or Executive Headteacher level * Proven impact across multiple schools or complex provisions * Strong understanding of ASD, SEMH, and trauma-informed practice * Extensive safeguarding leadership experience * Ability to lead at a strategic, system-wide level Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 (Depending on experience) If this role is of interest contact Kenny Fraser at Integrity Education Solutions.
