PRIMARY YEAR 3 TEACHER Location: Aylesbury Start: September 2026 Full Time: Temporary to Permanent Salary: £29,344–£44,919 This is where pupils start doing more for themselves. They don’t need constant support — they need the right structure. As a Year 3 Teacher, you will help pupils transition into more independent learning while maintaining clear routines and expectations.
