Island Community Support Worker Locations: Shetland, Orkney, Western Isles, or Argyll & Bute Pay: £21 Umbrella | £17.91 PAYE (Rolled Up) Contract: Minimum 3 months | 45+ hours per week (5-6 days) | Accommodation provided Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence & access to a vehicle Role Overview We are seeking experienced Community Support Workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred care to adults living within island communities. This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are confident working independently in remote and rural settings.
