Project Manager

Project Manager Required!! Pay: £55,000 per annum + Package Location: Solihull One of our established clients are currently looking for a project manager to join the growing business based in Solihull. About the business: A principal contractor on projects up to £10m in value for a growing number of logistics & Industrial occupiers, investors, and developers. Specialising in large scale full fit out, FM, FFE and refurbishment projects. The right person will have experience on the following: Manage fit-out projects from tender stage through to completion Prepare and review tender submissions and project estimates Analyse drawings, specifications, and client requirements Attend client meetings and present project proposals Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for pricing and procurement Develop project programmes, budgets, and cost plans Monitor project costs, variations, and commercial performance Liaise with design teams, site managers, and consultants Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards Negotiate contracts and manage client expectations Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies Prepare progress reports and update stakeholders regularly Support business development and maintain client relationships Ensure compliance with health & safety and company procedures If you are currently available and interested in this vacancy, please can you apply with your CV
