Client Partner - Finance & Accounting (F&A) 📍 London, United Kingdom (Hybrid) 🕒 Permanent About this Client Partner - Finance & Accounting (F&A) We are seeking an experienced Client Partner - Finance & Accounting (F&A) to drive growth across the UK and Europe within manufacturing, retail, and consumer industries. This is a senior, client-facing role focused on new business development, account expansion, and strategic solution selling, combining domain expertise in F&A outsourcing, analytics, and digital transformation. Key Responsibilities Drive sales into new accounts and expand relationships within existing clients across the full suite of finance, analytics, and digital solutions. Engage senior stakeholders (including CFOs, Chief Supply Chain Officers, and Chief Digital Officers) across target organisations. Develop and position industry-relevant use cases across: Finance transformation Working capital optimisation Supply chain finance Digital operations Advanced analytics Own the end-to-end sales cycle - from origination through to deal closure and transition to delivery teams. Build a pipeline of target accounts, acquiring new logos while growing existing relationships. Establish partnerships with third-party advisors and technology providers (e.g. digital commerce platforms, supply chain ecosystems). Collaborate with internal teams across delivery, solution design, and marketing to create compelling value propositions. Stay informed on industry trends such as supply chain disruption, cost optimisation, and data-driven decision-making. Build strong, long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders. Experience & Qualifications Proven track record selling complex, multi-service solutions within manufacturing, retail, CPG, or other non-financial sectors. Strong network of decision-makers across finance, operations, digital, and supply chain functions. Demonstrated success in consultative, solution-based selling including F&A outsourcing, analytics, and transformation programmes. Experience managing large, multi-stakeholder deals across the UK and EMEA. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including C-suite interaction.
