Estimator

Fawkes & Reece working with a Leading North West based contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Estimator to join their established commercial team based in the North West. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across education, healthcare, commercial, industrial and public sector developments, this is an excellent opportunity to join a well-respected regional contractor with a secure pipeline of work. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders, reviewing drawings and specifications, managing supply chain pricing enquiries and supporting the pre-construction team throughout the bid process. The role would suit an Estimator with experience working for a main contractor who is commercially aware, organised and confident managing multiple tenders simultaneously.
