Senior Structural Technician

Senior Revit Technician Location: Essex We’re currently working with a growing structural and civil engineering consultancy in Essex that is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Revit Technician to join their team. The business works across a wide range of residential, mixed-use, and commercial developments, delivering technically challenging projects in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. The Role You’ll play a key role in the production and coordination of Revit models and technical drawings across a variety of building structures projects. You’ll work closely with engineers and the wider design team to help deliver projects from concept through to construction. Key responsibilities include: Producing detailed Revit models and structural drawings Coordinating information with engineers, architects, and external consultants Assisting with BIM coordination and drawing standards Supporting project delivery across multiple schemes Helping mentor and support junior technicians Attending design and coordination meetings where required About You We’re looking for someone who: Has strong Revit experience within a structural engineering consultancy Has experience working on residential and commercial projects Understands BIM workflows and model coordination Can produce clear and accurate technical drawings Communicates well and enjoys working within a collaborative team Is proactive and able to manage their workload effectively What’s on Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Flexible working opportunities Supportive and friendly working environment Exposure to a varied project portfolio Genuine long-term progression opportunities
