Secondary Maths Teacher

Prospero Teaching is looking for a dedicated and passionate Maths Teacher to join a secondary school in Whitefield. We are seeking someone who is enthusiastic, reliable, and has a strong classroom presence. CONTRACT DETAILS Location - Whitefieldand surrounding areas Position - Maths Teacher Contract or position start date - September 2026 Duration / Likely Duration - Permanent role Contract type (temp/perm/temp to perm) - Permanent Full time/part time - Full time Rate of pay - Pay to scale (MPS/UPS depending on experience) Hours - 8:00 am - 4:00 pm EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS Experience teaching Maths within a secondary school setting QTS or equivalent teaching qualification Strong classroom and behaviour management skills Up-to-date Safeguarding training issued within the last year TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST: Hold the Right to Work in the UK Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service, or be willing to process a new application Provide two professional references covering the last two years OTHER If you would like to be considered for this role, please apply with a copy of your up-to-date CV.
