Supervisor / Site Manager – Passive Fire Protection & Fire Doors London & Surrounding Areas Competitive Salary + Package We are currently recruiting for an experienced Supervisor / Site Manager to join a growing specialist contractor delivering passive fire protection and fire door projects across London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in passive fire works who is looking to join a busy and expanding business with a strong pipeline of projects. The Role You will be overseeing fire protection and fire door installation/remedial works across multiple sites throughout London, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. Responsibilities will include: * Managing operatives and subcontractors on site * Overseeing passive fire and fire door works * Ensuring health & safety compliance across projects * Carrying out quality inspections and snagging * Liaising with clients, residents, and senior management * Monitoring programme and productivity on site * Ensuring all works meet industry regulations and compliance standards Requirements * Previous experience as a Supervisor or Site Manager * Strong background within passive fire protection and fire doors * Good understanding of fire stopping compliance and regulations * Ability to manage multiple sites/projects * Strong communication and organisational skills * SMSTS / SSSTS preferred * Full UK driving licence What’s On Offer * Long-term opportunity with a growing contractor * Ongoing pipeline of London-based projects * Supportive and professional working environment * Career progression opportunities If you have experience within passive fire protection and are looking for your next opportunity, apply now for a confidential discussion
