I'm recruiting for a Supplier Quality Manager role particularly for electrical packages on a major industrial project in Northern Sweden. You will join as an important part of the Quality team and report into the Quality Manager. This is a freelance position (3-4 years), focused on coordinating a complex international supply chain across multiple contractors and suppliers. You'd be overseeing: Multiple key contractors within one area Global inspections (China, India, Europe) High-volume materials (e.g. structural steel, equipment packages, electrical packages) Checking documentation and inspection of electricla packages, including ITPs, FATs, spotting missing checks and testsRequirements: Experience in electrical quality departments, ideally in managing suppliers English speaking Experience in large oil & gas, industrial, or energy projectsKey details: Rotation available (3 weeks on, 1 week off typical, some remote during rotation) Must have experience in quality documentation English-speaking project Quick 2-stage interview process They're looking for someone who can own the bigger picture, not just track paperwork -someone comfortable pulling together inputs from inspectors, contractors, and site teams and turning that into clear status and decisions.
