Interim Capital Programme Delivery Manager Location: Bristol Length of Contact: 6 months Rate: £(Apply online only) a day (inside IR35) Home working is accepted with 1-2 days in the office DK are seeking an experienced Capital Programme Delivery Manager to lead the planning and delivery of a complex capital programme within a Parks and Green Spaces service for a large Local Authority. This is a key role responsible for ensuring effective delivery of multiple capital projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Key responsibilities: * Lead delivery of a multi-project capital programme from planning through to completion * Develop and maintain integrated programme plans, schedules, and milestones * Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance in line with governance requirements * Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, issues, and interdependencies * Provide clear reporting and updates to senior stakeholders and governance boards * Lead and support project/programme teams to deliver workstreams effectively * Ensure compliance with corporate processes, policies, and financial regulations * Engage and manage a wide range of internal and external stakeholders Key requirements: * Proven experience in programme or project management of complex capital programmes * Strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget * Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills * Ability to lead teams in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment * Strong understanding of risk, governance, and programme controls * Public sector or infrastructure experience desirable To be considered for this opportunity, please contact Ellie on (phone number removed)
