Finishing Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Freelance Finishing Manager to join a residential developer on a busy housing scheme in Surrey. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the internal works and finishing stages of the project, ensuring plots are completed to a high standard and ready for handover. Key Responsibilities * Oversee all internal works from 2nd fix through to completion * Manage subcontractors and finishing trades on site * Conduct snagging and ensure defects are closed out efficiently * Ensure plots are delivered on programme and to company standards * Coordinate with Site Management and Customer Care teams * Maintain high standards of health & safety and quality control Requirements * Previous experience working as a Finishing Manager on residential schemes * Strong knowledge of internal works and finishing trades * Excellent eye for detail and ability to drive quality * Ability to manage multiple plots at varying stages * SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS & First Aid preferred The Role * Freelance / Contract position * Immediate start available * Competitive day rate * Long-term opportunity for the right candidate For more information or to apply, please get in touch directly
