What You'll Be Doing As a Cover Supervisor, you'll step into the classroom when teachers are absent and ensure learning continues smoothly. Your role will include: Managing classes of 20+ students aged 11-16 Delivering pre‑planned work (no planning or marking required!) Keeping students engaged, focused, and on track Maintaining a positive and productive classroom environmentThis is classroom management at its core - perfect for someone who enjoys leading groups and keeping energy high with positive behaviour.
