A globally recongised, Quantity Surveying consultancy are seeking a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their specialist mechanical and electrical, cost management team in London. The Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor's Role The successful Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor will work alongside three Partners in delivering technically stimulating, large scale M&E projects across several sectors including residential, commercial, sports, infrastructure, and data centres. The successful Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor shall take on management responsibilities, alongside carrying out a traditional cost management role: Preparing cost plans independently.
