Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with organisational goals. Develop and implement project plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all project activities. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. Manage project resources effectively, including team members and external vendors. Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.Profile A successful Global Project Manager should have: Proven experience managing complex technology projects within the transport and distribution industry.
