Job Description: • Track global developments in engine aircraft integration testing. • Study operational scenarios and interpret airworthiness requirements related to testing. • Develop test methods and non standard test plans with industry acceptance. • Establish engine aircraft integration test systems • Plan development roadmap and capability building for testing. Qualifications and Requirements: • Experience in internationally recognized companies or institutions preferred, with senior technical or academic positions. • Master degree or above. • Strong experience in engine aircraft integration testing and validation, familiarity with airworthiness compliance preferred. • Strong leadership, communication, and English skills. Candidates should be prepared to live and work in China for 1- 3 years initial contract
