HSE Advisor

Key Responsibilities Ensure full compliance with local HSE regulations and project-specific safety standards Implement and maintain the Health, Safety & Environmental Management System on site Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments Identify hazards and implement preventive and corrective actions Monitor contractor activities to ensure adherence to HSE requirements Deliver toolbox talks, safety briefings, and training sessions Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and produce detailed reports Track and report on HSE KPIs to project management Ensure proper use of PPE and safe working practices at all times Support emergency preparedness and response planning Maintain accurate HSE documentation and records Requirements Proven experience as an HSE Advisor on construction projects (data centre experience is a plus) Strong knowledge of Belgian HSE regulations Relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent**) Experience with risk assessments, method statements, and permit-to-work systems Ability to conduct audits and deliver training effectively Excellent communication and leadership skillsersg are an equal opportunities employer; we are committed to promoting equality of opportunity for all job applicants.
