Contract Manager £55,000 £60,000 + Car Allowance A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Contract Manager to join a growing and highly reputable construction business delivering a varied portfolio of projects from pre-construction through to completion. This role offers the chance to take full ownership of multiple projects while working within a supportive and forward-thinking team environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme, and to the highest standards. The Role As Contract Manager, you will oversee between 23 live projects at any one time, managing the full project lifecycle from pre-construction to handover. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include: Managing projects from pre-construction through to final handover Planning and programming works to ensure successful project delivery Maintaining and developing strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle Monitoring and reporting on project progress, both operationally and financially Coordinating site teams and subcontractors to achieve programme targets Ensuring all health & safety standards and compliance requirements are maintained on site Identifying and resolving project challenges proactively About You We are looking for a driven and commercially aware construction professional with strong leadership and communication skills. Key requirements: Proven experience within a Contract Manager or similar project delivery role Strong planning and programming capabilities Excellent client-facing and relationship management skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Sound understanding of construction processes and health & safety responsibilities Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused approach The Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity to join an established and growing organisation with a strong reputation for delivering quality projects.
