Design Coordinators role: * Design Management: The Design Coordinator will oversee the conception and issuance of all design activities aligned with the outbound requirements for the production of interior elements in the construction project. * Information Systems: Ensure information systems within the project unit serve the purposes of the design team and other stakeholders effectively. * Collaboration: The Design Coordinator will work closely with production and commercial units to ensure designs are robust, cost-effective, and fit for purpose. * Deadline Adherence: Manage and adhere to tight deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of design outputs. * Software Proficiency: Utilise AutoCAD, design software, and Microsoft Office Suite efficiently. Ideal Candidate Profile: * Experience: * Proven experience as a Design Coordinator, ideally on high end fit out or joinery schemes. * Strong background in luxury residential projects. * Skills: * Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software. * Efficient in Microsoft Office Suite. * Numerate and accurate with excellent attention to detail. * Personal Attributes: * Ability to work to tight deadlines. * Strong collaboration and communication skills. * Location: Must have an easy commute to their head office.
