As Compliance Administrator at AVK, you provide essential administrative support to the Compliance team, ensuring that documentation, records and administrative processes are managed accurately, efficiently and in line with AVK's compliance standards and data protection obligations. Key Responsibilities: Document Control & Records Management Maintain and regularly update compliance databases, trackers, registers and filing systems, ensuring accuracy, accessibility and version control at all times. Own the day-to-day document control process, ensuring policies, procedures, forms and records are correctly issued, version-controlled and archived in line with IMS requirements. Maintain organised and secure electronic filing systems in line with UK GDPR, data protection obligations and company confidentiality standards. Ensure document filing and record updates are completed accurately and in a timely manner, maintaining consistency across all compliance systems.Meetings & Administration Own the production of accurate meeting minutes and action logs for compliance meetings and distributing these promptly to all attendees. Provide general administrative support to the Compliance Team as required. Assist with the preparation of compliance presentations, communications and reports as required. Support the Compliance Team with meeting logistics, room bookings and document circulation.Inductions & Training Records Conduct compliance inductions for new starters, ensuring the content is current and records are accurately maintained and filed. Support the scheduling and logistics of compliance training events as directed by the Compliance Team.Certifications & Renewals Maintain certification and accreditation records. Assist with the collation of documentation required for certification renewals and external audits as required. General Carry out day-to-day administrative duties and any other tasks reasonably required to support the effective operation of the Compliance Division. Handle all compliance-related information with discretion and in accordance with AVK's data protection and confidentiality policies.Requirements Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a compliance. Experience maintaining databases, document registers or management systems (IMS). Understanding of document control processes and version control principles. Awareness of ISO standards (e.g. ISO 9001, 14001 or 45001). Basic understanding or awareness of UK GDPR and data protection principles.
